The Citrus County Board of County Commissioners District 1 seat is sought by two-term incumbent Jeffery “Jeff” Kinnard of Crystal River and first-time candidate Curtiss Bryant of Lecanto.
Both have called Citrus County home since the early 1990s. Kinnard relocated here with his wife in 1995 to start his chiropractor practice. Bryant moved here in 1991 with his family as a young boy and now has a successful photography business.
